Project Overview
Plan North Partners was hired mid-way through this office renovation and expansion project when the client, RXO Logistics, became dissatisfied with the firm initially hired to oversee the project. RXO needed to add roughly 30 employees to their in-office staff and was taking over an adjacent section of the floor they occupied in order to do it. Plan North Partners got to work by recalibrating the project scope, as well as establishing a new budget and timeline, while still maintaining the same modern office standards the client expected.
