When Cheetie Kumar and Paul Siler turned a failing live-work space in downtown Raleigh into a Mediterranean restaurant, Ajja was born. The owners of this restaurant hired Plan North Partners to manage the building’s comprehensive rehab, including demolition, design, and construction.

East Bower Cider Company is a bar, event space, and cider production facility located on the west end of Raleigh, NC. The two co-owner’s hired Plan North Partners to manage the project from start to finish

Eernisse Funeral Home had occupied their building since the 1970’s and wanted to upgrade the interior. Plan North Partners was hired to manage the entirety of the project and contribute directly to the design development.

In 2021, JC White was bursting at the seams. The owner hired Plan North Partners to manage the design, build-out, and relocation of his showroom, offices and warehouse.

Nexus Fitness gained local notoriety for its contribution to an up-and-coming neighborhood well before construction was complete. The local community recognized that the new building, and it’s patrons, would add even more momentum to the neighborhood’s revitalization.

Nori Thai and Sushi was a popular spot with a loyal clientele, but in 2021 the owner recognized that his space was small and outdated.

Plan North Partners managed the design, construction, and relocation of RXO’s brokerage office in Ann Arbor, MI.

The RXO brokerage office located just outside of Vancouver, British Columbia, was a consolidation of two brokerage offices into a single, newly renovated space.

Plan North Partners was again trusted to managed the relocation and construction of one of RXO’s largest brokerage offices in Dublin, OH.

This 10,000 SF office build out for RXO Logistics was one of the first under their new business name after spinning off from XPO Logistics.

With a warehouse lease expiring in three months, RXO Logistics needed to move their 23,000 SF warehouse and distribution center into a larger near-by facility. PNP helped them meet tight deadlines to avoid a costly lease overrun.

RXO Logistics was operating out of the 55,000 SF space when Plan North Partners managed the complete renovation of the warehouse and commercial office space.

The Domain is a multi-tenant commercial property located on a sliver of land between two lakes in downtown Madison WI.

Chris Wade, the owner of Nexus Fitness, received tremendous feedback for his X4 model that was developed in Mountain Brook, AL, and he needed this Homewood location renovated to match the look and feel of his flagship gym.

In 2020, the owner of the X4 Fitness franchise tasked Plan North Partners with opening his second location in the Birmingham area. PNP managed the project from conception to completion and helped establish the franchise’s first-ever design standards.

Plan North Partners was hired mid-way through this office renovation and expansion project to helped recalibrate the project’s budget, schedule and scope of work.

The owner of this YogaSix franchise location in Raleigh, NC hired Plan North Partners to oversee the design and construction phases of this 2,000 SF build-out.

As the X4 franchise grew into it’s third location, it continued to hire Plan North Partners to manage it’s entire development, including site assessment, design, construction, and closeout.
