Project Overview
The RXO brokerage office located just outside of Vancouver, British Columbia, was a consolidation of two brokerage offices into a single, newly renovated space. The design elements focused on fostering a sense of community and teamwork, with communal areas like break-out zones, huddle spaces, and casual meeting areas encouraging spontaneous interactions and idea sharing. The challenges of permitting this 20,000 SF renovation in this municipality were daunting; however, Plan North Partners lead a collaborative approach to get the necessary approvals. The design team at KGW Architects, the General Contractor from VPAC Construction, and the Project Manager’s at Plan North Partners worked as a team to get the client the space they needed, when they needed it.
