Project Overview
East Bower Cider CO is a bar, event space, and cider production facility located on the west end of Raleigh, NC. The two co-owners hired Plan North Partners to manage the project from start to finish, as they knew their first generation build-out project in an undeveloped area would require a significant administrative load. PNP played a major role in the early stages of the process by coordinating the establishment of utilities with the local municipality. The cider production facility was also a highly involved process with little margin for error, as the production line itself was meant to be in full-view of the patrons and serve as a key design element. PNP hired KEM Studio to bring form to function in this beautiful multi-purpose space.
