JC White

JC White is a commercial interiors supplier that, in 2021, was bursting at the seams. The owner of this business wanted to move his showroom and warehouse to a more desirable part of town, so he hired Plan North Partners to manage the design, build-out, and relocation. With a looming lease expiration and an overflowing warehouse, time was of the essence. The new space was 17,500 SF of showroom/offices and 30,000 SF of warehouse. PNP managed the project’s schedule by negotiating the commencement date of the new lease and avoiding the predicament of paying rent on two properties at the same time. Permitting was especially challenging, as the new property required inspections from both the city and county authorities. However, PNP managed this process with great care and planned inspections well in advance in order to meet deadlines. The final product speaks for itself, as JC White rolled out their new facility in early 2023. The showroom is filled with their own products that customers can peruse; however, their offices and functional workspaces are furnished with their own products, saving thousands of dollars and reinforcing the quality and function of their offerings.
