Project Overview
Nexus Fitness had a strong local fanbase well before construction was complete, as the local community recognized that the new building would add to the momentum of the neighborhood’s revitalization. Plan North Partners took charge of managing the six-week demolition of an existing dilapidated building, as well as the ground-up construction of the 8,000 SF CrossFit and HIIT training center. The end-result was a state-of-the-art fitness facility that incorporated a group fitness floor, proprietary fitness equipment, and welcoming amenities.
