Project Overview
RXO Logistics was operating out of this 55,000 SF office/warehouse facility during it’s complete renovation. Plan North Partners managed the two-phase, 24-month delivery from start to finish. Updates included the kitchen, restrooms, lighting, signage, graphics, and finishes. The client received a brighter, better-designed space that left them room to grow.
