The Domain is a multi-tenant commercial property located on a sliver of land between two lakes in downtown Madison WI. This area has become somewhat of a commodity, as the available spaces have been both limited and popular since their creation a decade ago. To maintain it’s appeal, the owners wanted an interior refresh, which Plan North Partners managed from the pre-design phase through completion of the buildings renovated lobby, fitness centers, and 12th floor clubhouse.
