Chris Wade, the owner of Nexus Fitness, received tremendous feedback for his X4 model that was developed in Mountain Brook, AL, and he needed this Homewood location renovated to match the look and feel of his flagship gym. Plan North Partners was there once again to represent Wade and manage the design and construction of this renovation. The space was reimagined to capture new AV and acoustical upgrades as well as new design finish standards.
