Gina is a LEED AP Project Manager based in Milwaukee, WI and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. She brings a wealth of skills and experiences to PNP’s growing team, having spent 19 years in the banking and commercial property management industries. Gina's extensive background in banking equipped her with an astute understanding of project budgeting, risk assessment, and client-focused service. Combined with her tenure in real estate, Gina is PNP’s resident expert in lease negotiation, property transactions, and the underpinning regulatory framework. Today, Gina enjoys the dynamic, collaborative nature of the real estate industry and supporting clients on their projects from start to finish.

In her free time, Gina loves to read, travel to interesting places near and far, make homemade pizza using her Nana’s “secret” recipe, and watch British mysteries with her husband and two children.
