Managing Partner, Director of Project Management
In 2021, Greg co-founded Plan North Partners, marking a significant departure from his prior roll with the world’s largest commercial real estate company, CBRE. From 2013-2021, Greg worked his way up the corporate ladder of CBRE by successfully managing hundreds of real estate projects across North and South America. This body of work equipped Greg with the skills needed to build, lead, and inspire high-performing team across a multitude of industries. Today, Greg serves as a managing partner at PNP. His day-to-day role includes strategic planning, staff development, project management, and procurement.

In his free time, Greg enjoys being a girl-dad, hunting on his family farm, playing above average pickleball, and watching the Florida Gators.

I truly enjoy seeing clients succeed in their business and knowing that I played a role in helping them get there. Through project management, we’re able to save our clients a world of headaches and make their visions a reality. The appreciation that stems from a job well-done is extremely rewarding. On top of that, I enjoy the problem-solving and conflict-resolution inherent to real estate projects. This work keeps me sharp and on my toes.
